This Valentine's Day, Break Up With Your Abusive Bank!
“It’s not me, it’s you,” “You only love me for my money,” “You don’t understand my needs.” If any of these statements apply to the relationship between you and your bank, use this Valentine’s Day as an excuse to dump them, once and for all!
Our friends at Americans for Financial Reform has been working with the Move Your Money campaign and A New Way Forward to promote the idea of breaking up with your bank and moving your money into an institution that treats you well and doesn’t use your money to lobby against financial reform.
This Valentine’s Day, move your money out of the big four banks (Bank of America, Citi, Chase, Wells Fargo) and let them know that you’re ready to be in a relationship that works for consumers, not against them.

… and it’s time for them to now stop trying to coddle you to keep your overdraft protection. I long canceled mine at Chase. Now I get a notice today, the if I don’t call or visit the bank, my debit card will not work the way it used to! Just what part of “I don’t want this exorbitant ‘service’ -which works for them more than it does for me- DON’T THEY UNDERSTAND! Time to move my $$$ elsewhere; where it is valued and I am too! Thank you for the link!
