Join Business for Shared Prosperity in support of the CFPA
As you may recall, the Chamber of Commerce has been running a campaign against the creation of the Consumer Financial Protection Agency. Our friends at Americans for Financial Reform have been working with Business for Shared Prosperity to make it clear that the Chamber does not speak for all businesses, and especially not for all small businesses.
Business for Shared Prosperity is organizing business leaders in support of financial reform and the CFPA because they share our goal of creating a fair financial system for all individuals and believe that it can be done in a way that doesn’t hurt business owners.
If you are a current or retired business person or investor, you can join the movement by signing the petition here. If you’re a concerned individual, you can also show your support, but please use this link instead.
When there’s an even playing field between Main Street and Wall Street, we’ll end up with a better economy for all parties. Take action today and encourage financial reform!
